Wasabi 1 tsp

Vinegar 2 tbsp

  1. Wrap in kitchen paper towel and medium heat in microwave oven for 2-3 minutes. Remove excess water.
  2. Boil broccoli and mushroom, and break or cut into smaller florets.
  3. Prepare white soy sauce wasabi salad dressing in bottle and shake well.
  4. Combine salad ingredients and white soy sauce wasabi dressing.

White Soy Sauce/Gelatin Solid Salad Dressing:
White Golden Tamari or White Tamari 2 tbsp
Unflavored gelatin 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
water 1 cup
Olive Oil some
Lemon juice some
Green Salad - lettuce, Radish, Cabbage, Carrot some

  1. Sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water.
  2. Mix unflavored gelatin, white soy sauce, vinegar, sugar in water.
  3. Over low heat, stir until gelatin dissolves and heat just to boil.
  4. Solidify mixture in cool place and cut into stripes or chunks.
  5. Mix with olive oil and lemon juice.
  6. Place white soy sauce/gelatin solid salad dressing over vegetables.
+ Salmon Teriyaki
White Soy Sauce Teriyaki Sauce:
White Golden Tamari or White Tamari 2 tbsp
White Wine 1 tbsp
Sugar 5 tsp
French salmon filet 1
Black pepper coarse some
Italian parsley, Cherry tomato some

  1. Clean salmon filet with water and remove excess water by paper towel.
  2. Sprinkle black pepper over salmon filet and bake over grill.
  3. Transfer to frying pan once filet surface is baked well.
  4. Add white soy sauce teriyaki sauce and heat until sauce concentrates.
  5. Place salmon filet on plate and pour concentrated sauce. Serve with Italian parsley and cherry tomato for garnishment.

White Golden Tamari or White Tamari 1 cup
Mineral Water 1/2 cup
Cod Fillet or White flesh fish fillet 1
Vegetables some

  1. Marinate cod fillet for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Wrap marinated cod fillet and vegetables in aluminum foil with olive oil spread.
  3. Low-heat in frying pan covered with lid for 8-11 minutes.
  4. Serve the whole foil on plate.
+ Roast Chicken
White Soy Sauce Chicken Marinate Sauce:
White Golden Tamari or White Tamari 1 cup
White Wine 1 cup
Sugar 5 tbsp
Chicken thigh 4
Parsley, Lemon, Leafy Vegetable

  1. Marinate chicken for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Roast marinated chicken in 425°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Prepare gravy by adding corn starch in water to hot chicken drippings.
  4. Place chicken on plate with gravy along with garnishment.

White Golden Tamari or White Tamari 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Black pepper some

Mixture of white soy sauce: 1:5

  1. Scallops are immersed in boiling white soy sauce-water mixture to remove fishy odor. Then chill in icy water.
  2. Lettuce and grapefruits are placed in salad bowl in a appropriate manner.
  3. Place chilled scallop and pour salad dressing over salad. Serve cold.
+ Green Onion Omelet with White Soy Sauce
Egg 1
Chopped green onion some
Olive oil some
White Golden Tamari or White Tamari(white soy sauce) 1tsp

  1. Beat eggs with chopped green onion and white soy sauce.
  2. Heat olive oil in frying pan.
  3. Quickly pour beaten eggs and spread over pan surface.
  4. Stand for a few minutes until bottom of omelet becomes brown color.

  1. Immerse clams (1 1/2 lb) in salty water for several hours to remove sand inside; scrub shell outside with brush.
  2. Place clams in saucepan with sake or white wine (3 tablespoons) and White Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon).
  3. Apply heat until clams open.
  4. Serve with chopped garlic and green onions if preferred.

  1. Cut green bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. Clean bean sprouts.
  2. Heat olive oil in wok or skillet.
  3. Add vegetables amd meat if preferred and stir-fry until vegetables get soft.
  4. Season with White Soy Sauce, the beautiful, natural vegatable color is retained.

  1. Since the color is pale, we tend to use more White Soy Sauce than needed. Use carefully at preferred saltiness.
  2. Refrigerate after opening. White Soy Sauce may darken with time (because no heat treatment is used in manufacturing).
  3. There is no food safety problem after shelf life.
